At TEST & TAG, we use our customized app called myTEST&TAG. This app ensures your inspection is 100% transparent from the moment our Technician commences the work until its completion.  It provides the validation of the time our Technicians arrive at the site and what services they have completed on site.

Our Technicians are assigned identification cards that display the level of work authority that they are approved to perform. This is determined by training, supervision, accreditation and license status from the EWRB and other training providers. Each vehicle and Technician is assigned the latest and most efficient testing equipment to ensure minimal interruption to your workplace and maximum accuracy of test readings for your assurance. 

Barcode Recommendations

TEST & TAG will supply paper adhesive barcodes to all items tested.  These are not permanent but will allow us to assign an asset with a unique ID number. This helps us to enter information and keep track of the location, make/model and the serial number of the appliance.

TEST & TAG labels display all the required information in accordance with  AS/NZS 3760: 2010. The tag also shows the Asset barcode which matches the appliance ID in the system. This will ensure that we are testing and validating the correct appliance.

The important information required by the AS/NZS 3760: 2010 includes the following:

Name or ID of Technician
Name of the company

Test or inspection date and retest date
Reference to AS/NZS 3760: 2010

Communication and Account Management Process

Our Customer Service center will coordinate the management and scheduling of all the bookings for you. Every region will have an assigned Customer Service Manager that will take care of your re-testing appointments. We not only remind you of upcoming inspections but we also provide you free non-obligation assessments and cost estimates before you commit to our services.
